As usual there were adjustments to the original contract, but Erin helped us to make decisions that got us to the final sale. Erin also helped us in finding our new home, and the negotiations that went along with that. We needed to sell before we could buy, but it worked out great, as we moved in to our new home the day after closing on the other.
